Before you book
- 1 Dates can only be provisionally held for 24 hours.
- 2 A signed Booking Form is required before the assessment.
- 3 Payment by BACS or cash is due at the time of the appointment or in advance.
- 4 The report will not be released until payment is made.
- 5 Assessments cannot be guaranteed to be rescheduled if cancelled.
